-Close the jar and leave it to stay for two weeks. After 2 weeks your healing oil is ready.
-Pour the healing oil on a clean gauze and place it on the painful joint, and put a plastic bag over it.
-Do this in the evening and spend the night with it. In the morning you should feel a great relief.
