- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm)
- 5 carrots
- 2 lemons
- 1 orange
- 1 cucumber
Clean the lemon, orange, ginger and carrot. All the ingredients mix in a blender, and optionally add ice.
The juice of turmeric reduces inflammation caused by arthritis, because it contains the antioxidant curcumin, which relieves stiffness and burns joints.
