 3.    Dried Plums

Eight dried plums or about 60 grams, taken in two portions  twice a day (in period when it is convenient for you) can ease  the constipation problem more effectively that anything else. The secret ingredient in dried plums that makes them so effective is sorbitol, naturally occurring sugar  which attracts water thus reducing the constipation problems. That is the reason why dried plums are widely known as best laxative.

 Dried plums are also regarded as healthy snack in case when you want quickly to overcome food craving.

 4.    Ground flax seed and fresh orange juice

Another natural remedy is the combination of a glass of  fresh orange juice and a tablespoon of ground flax seed.  For best  results  it should be drunk in the morning -2 hours before breakfast. Regular consumption of this  mix will make the constipation disappear or at least it will make it more bearable.

Omega- 3 essential fatty acids- They play a significant role in many bodily function, including digestion.
