Maintain a Nutritious Diet
Maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet is extremely important for your hair. Staying dehydrated can be the worst thing that you can do to your hair. If you are keen on adding volume to your hair, you can use aloe vera gel as hair mask by applying it on your hair and leaving it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it with regular water after half an hour and watch your hair change in terms of shine and lustre with regular usage.
Curd is also a great ingredient when it comes to having beautiful and radiant hair. Take about 2 tablespoons of curd and mix it with one tablespoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your hair on the roots and along the length, both. Use this as a conditioner after you have shampooed your hair. After keeping it on for a few minutes, wash your hair with lukewarm water. This will add shine, softness and make your hair look silky.
Avoid Combing Wet Hair or Using Hair Dryer
Combing your hair when it is wet is absolutely a big ‘no’. Wet hair is the weakest and combing it after taking a bath can lead to hair breakage. Along with this, you should also to avoid using excessive hair dryer. It is best to let your hair dry naturally as that won’t lead to all these problems.
Get Enough Sleep and Rest
Stress level and fatigue can lead to further hair damage. In order to maintain the health of your hair, try to get enough rest and sleep in order to stay away from dry and tangled hair.
