Tibetan Remedy For Ligament And Muscle Injury

People often experience small accidents which result in ligament and muscle injuries. The recovery may take a little longer, and in most of the cases medical treatment is necessary.

This remedy, which can be found in a book of Tibetan medical recipes, can help speed the healing process.

Ingredients:


  • Hop cones
  • Butter


Method:

Triturate the cones. Add one tablespoon of fresh butter on one tablespoon triturated cones.

Mix it well and apply it on the injured area.

Wrap a bandage on the injured place. Change the bandage every 2-4 hours, or leave it all night.
