Make Your Skin Glow With These 7 Natural Peelings

How would you like to get prettier in a healthier way, while not spending tons of money? We have an interesting proposal. Especially when it comes to peelings. Do you know that you have a lot of material out of which you could make a fresh and healthy face scrub in your kitchen?

Here are some:

1. Refreshing Banana Peeling
1 banana, 1 cup of olive oil, 2 eggs

Mix the egg yolk and the olive (or almond) oil. Add a peeled banana and mix well. Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Allow it to stand for half an hour, then wash with cold water.

2. Oatmeal Peeling
2 tablespoons oatmeal, 3-4 tablespoons of buttermilk

Blend all the ingredients and apply the mixture to your face. Leave to dry and wash the face with lukewarm water.

3. Almond Peeling
1 tablespoon almond oil, 2 tablespoons of face cream

Mix these two components to make a paste. Apply the paste on your face and leave to dry. Remove it with warm water, and then wash your face with cold water.

4. Carrot Peeling
1 teaspoon of carrot juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of yogurt

Blend all the ingredients and mix them well. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water. If your skin is very oily, do not add oil in the mixture, and if it is dry, add more oil. Do not use this one on skin that has acne, to avoid infection.

5. Peaches Peeling
2 tablespoons peach, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoons of powdered milk, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix the milk powder with honey and peach. Apply to face and neck. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water to which you previously add lemon juice. At the end wash your face with cold water.

6. Sunflower Peeling
1 tsp sunflower oil, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of brewer’s yeast

Mix the egg yolks, then add the yeast and thr oil. Apply it to your face. When dry, wash it first with warm and then cold water.

7. Hands and Feet Peeling
28g ground almonds, 1 scrambled egg, 7g of ground comfrey root, 1 tablespoon honey

Blend all ingredients well. Apply the mixture on your hands. Have someone help you put rubber gloves. It is best to apply the mixture in the evening, before bed and leave it until the morning. This scrub is good for dry feet.
