- 3 turnips with weight up to 300 grams.
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 5 pieces of parsnips
- 1 hot pepper
- 4 medium sized radishes
- 4 tomatoes
1. Peel the carrot and turnips and other vegetable wash well. Chop the hot pepper and add it to the juice. Place the vegetables in a blender and mix it.
Fresh juice is recommended to be consumed after the first morning meal.
