The human body is a very complex system and every change can be caused by certain serious conditions which should be treated properly. What is even more important, the body is programed to react whenever something is not right.

Below you can read about the most important signals that we receive from our body when something is wrong. You will be in danger if you ignore them.

Changes in Nails

Maybe you are not aware that nails can tell a lot about body’s health condition. Their change can be caused by some serious conditions. Thin and cracked nails may be genetically influenced but sometimes are caused by calcium deficiency. Thyroid dysfunction may be another culprit.

Cracked Lips

Cracked lips may appear due to temperature changes and wind. But if they are cracked for longer period of time it can be a sign that the organism lacks vitamin B or fungal infection.

Moles

Most of the time moles are not dangerous but if they appear after sunbathing visit a doctor to run some tests.

Red Palms

If your palms are red you may suffer from several health conditions as allergic reactions, dermatitis, liver diseases and eczema.

Gray Hair ( sooner than your 40s)

Genes are usually responsible for gray hair. But if 50% of your hair becomes gray when you are young and nobody from your family has this problem you may need to check the blood sugar level.

Eye Whites
They must be always white except if you catch a cold or suffer from insomnia. Red eyes can be caused by hypertension or viral disease and yellow eyes can be caused by jaundice or conditions linked with bile/liver.

Eye Brows

If you suddenly lose eye brows you may have problems with thyroid gland as hypothyreose or hyperthyreose.

Swollen Neck

This symptom should be taken seriously. The neck often swells due to thyroid dysfunction. Mostly affected are women between 20 and 50.
