Dandelion – The Plant 100 Times More Effective Than Chemotherapy

The discovery that dandelion is 100 times better than chemotherapy was made by scientists at the University of Windsor, Canada. Although dandelion has been used over the years to treat a range of health conditions, it is only recently that it became known that dandelion roots can help fight cancer. The reason it is better than chemotherapy is that while chemotherapy kills all cells, dandelion simply identifies and eliminates cancer cells.

The benefits of dandelion tea include kidney cleansing, cholesterol levels reduction, allergies reduction. It contains Vitamin B6, magnesium, iron, Vitamin C, folic acid, and potassium.

Dandelion Tea shines a ray of hope to those battling with the deadly cancer disease. The department of chemistry and biochemistry of the University of Windsor has already identified that dandelion root fights cancer by destroying cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed.

A 72 year Old man by the name of John Di Carlo has miraculously survived cancer with the help of dandelion tea. The man was discharged from the hospital where he had undergone chemotherapy for three years without achieving the desired results. Instead of resigning to fate, he took a friend’s advice to try dandelion tea, and he was in remission just after three months of taking the tea.

PICKING AND PREPARATION OF DANDELION ROOT

Dandelion roots are best picked during the spring or fall. When you have picked the roots, clean and chop it and then let it dry for about 14 days. Store the dried root in a jar, hidden safely in a dark and dry place. You can store the roots this way for a whole year.

PREPARATION OF THE DANDELION ROOT TEA


  • Boil 1 quart of water inside a saucepan
  • Chop enough dried roots to fill 1 or 2 teaspoons
  • Add the chopped roots to the saucepan and let it boil with the water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Use a strainer to sieve out the dried roots as you poor into a teapot. Throw way the root pieces.


NOTE:

Don’t pick dandelions from polluted fields. This includes field close to roads and urban areas.

Be sure you don’t have an allergy to dandelion before taking it. You should ask your doctor; especially if you have a known allergy to ragweed.
