Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Dressing

This may be your new favorite salad dressing!

It is super-delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra light/extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients into a jar or shaker bottle and shake well. Pour the dressing over your favorite salad greens and toss well. It is perfect for your dinner salad.

Note: If you prefer a thicker texture, add half an avocado to the ingredients, but this time you may want to use your blender. It is simple as that. It is the creamiest anti-inflammatory dressing you will ever make.
