Method of preparation

Mix half a tablespoon of ginger, half a tablespoon of cinnamon, 1/6 teaspoon of turmeric, and a pinch of cardamom together and pour 500 ml boiling hot water on it. Mix them well to create a solution; hot milk may also be added in it. Add some honey for added taste. One may drink this tea throughout the day as many times as they want to for best results.
