The most potent and effective remedies are often the natural ones. Regular water can be more beneficial if you add spices with strong healing properties into it.

This is something you can do each day, or as part of a more broad detoxing strategy.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the most delicious and healthiest spices on the planet. It can lower blood sugar levels, reduce heart disease risk factors, and has a plethora of other impressive health benefits.

Add a piece of cinnamon stick to a glass of water, and leave it in until the water is fully aromatized. Drink it during the whole day.

Cloves

Cloves offer many health benefits, some of which include providing aid in digestion, having antimicrobial properties, fighting against cancer, protecting the liver and boosting the immune system.

Put three to five cloves in water and let the stand still until they release their flavor into the water.

Ginger

It is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain. Ginger has strong powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Cut a piece of ginger (with a size of your thumb) into small cubes and add it to the water.
