Ingredients:
- ½ kg of red onion
- ½ kg of sugar
- 2 lemons
- 1.5 liters of water
- 7 tablespoons homemade honey
Preparation:
Sugar is heated in a metal bowl over medium heat with constant stirring, until it becomes brownish. Then add the finely chopped onion, briefly fry it and add water. All together boil over medium heat until 1/3 of the water evaporates. Then leave it to cool, add two squeezed lemons and honey and mix everything well until you get smooth mixture. Wait for some time and then strain the fluid (from the pieces of onions) and store it in a glass bottle.
How to use it:
Take a large tablespoon of the drink before each meal until you consume the entire amount. If necessary you can make a new mixture and repeat the procedure until you get better.
Children should consume one teaspoon before meals.
