What is the proper way to disinfect the language?
In order to maintain proper oral hygiene for your tongue and mouth, you need:
- a clean toothbrush
- toothpaste
- a tongue scraper
- mouthwash
Instructions
Brush your tongue with a little toothpaste on your toothbrush moving from the front to the back of your tongue. Rinse it with lukewarm water.
Using the tongue scraper, rub your tongue to remove any white coating. It’s important to apply light pressure on your tongue while scraping back and forth.
Finally, rinse your mouth using an antibacterial mouthwash for one or two minutes as this will remove any remaining microscopic germs.
There are a lot of different forms of mouthwash on the market, but you can always opt for making your own all natural mouthwash instead.
Bicarbonate Rinse
Baking soda is an efficient tool for oral hygiene because it not only disinfects your mouth, but also neutralizes bad breath.

- 1 cup water (250ml)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (4.6g)
