Ingredients:
- 2 heads of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cucumber
- 10 black olives
Salad Dressing:
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Wash well the vegetables, Chop the lettuce and slice the other vegetables according to desire. Then add the olives. Prepare the dressing and let it stay for 2-3 minutes before you toss it over the salad. Stir the salad slowly and serve it immediately.
