Use: Pour half teaspoon of pure grind root with 125 ml. boiling water. Let it stay for 30 minutes and then it’s ready for use. You can take this drink twice a day. Add a few drops of lemon juice to reduce the bitterness. If you’re using capsules from ginseng root, you should know that you can drink up to three grams a day.
