Ginger Syrup
- A spoon of fresh ginger root
- 1 fresh lemon
- 5-6 carrots
- 1 peeled apple
Add water and mix well.
Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 4 spoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 glass of water
- ½ lemon
- 1-2 spoons honey
- ½ spoon turmeric
Preparation
The peeled ginger cut it on a small pieces and place in a boiled water to stay at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better). Once cool add honey and lemon.
