How to use the apple cider vinegar

How to make garlic oil
Ingredients:
- 3 oranges
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Slice the 6 cloves of garlic in small pieces, place them in a clean jar with a lid, then add the 2 tablespoons olive oil and the juice of 3 oranges.
Let it stand for 12 hours before you using it.Shake well before use.
Nettle tea
Mix in the 200 milliliters of water with one tablespoon of fresh nettle leaf and then cook the mixture over low heat until the water boils. Let the tea cool down, filter it and drink it three times a day before meals. You should repeat this treatment for at least six months.
