- ¼ of a cup of lemon juice
- 1 hot pepper

- 2 stalks of celery
Method of preparation:
Mix the tomato juice, lemon juice, ginger and the ground hot pepper. You should get 220 ml of beverage. Serve in a glass and add the stalks of celery afterwards, as a decoration as well.
You should nib the celery stalks as you consume the healthy beverage.
You should drink three cups of this drink, daily, between meals. Anyway, if you have prepared the drink in advance, keep it in the refrigerator until it is time to consume it.
