The Chinese Knew 2000 Years Ago That This Root is Cure for All Diseases

Different varieties of ginseng root have been used as treatments in Asia and North America for centuries. Ginseng is one of the most popular herbal medicines in the world.

For the existence of ginseng, the Chinese knew 2000 years ago and they used the root to make drink for refreshment. The secret to their long life was jealously kept of all invaders on their lands. The first scientific knowledge of the actual composition, activity and types of ginseng dates from 1968. There are two main types of ginseng: Asian or Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) and American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius). Studies have found that the different types have different benefits. In traditional Chinese medicine, American ginseng is considered less stimulating than the Asian variety.

 Lately, because of the large consumption of ginseng, you can find an American red ginseng, which doesn’t have the healing ingredient, but it’s produced for counterfeiting of medicinal species. This fraud is easily recognized because this root causes diarrhea to people.

The effects of medicinal ginseng are numerous and fore that this root is called the “elixir of life” or “cure for all diseases”. It can be used by healthy people too in order to protect their bodies from diseases.

There aren’t known any negative effects of ginseng (from previous scientific research), except for the Chinese ginseng that has been demonstrated that after a very long use it can cause increased alertness (insomnia).

Ginseng can be successfully used at: increased or decreased blood pressure, all types of heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, gallbladder disease, kidney disease, varicose and inflamed veins, impotence, anemia and many other disease. The ginseng is refreshing the old and feeble people, it removes their fatigue and improves the memory. Because of its action, it’s recommended for people with increased intellectual activity.

Use: Pour half teaspoon of pure grind root with 125 ml. boiling water. Let it stay for 30 minutes and then it’s ready for use. You can take this drink twice a day. Add a few drops of lemon juice to reduce the bitterness. If you’re using capsules from ginseng root, you should know that you can drink up to three grams a day.
