Homemade Syrup To Increase Red Blood Cells And Improve Your Blood Count

Feeling weak, tired and sluggish? it’s time for you to check your blood count. There are various ways  for improving our blood count recommended by our GPs  but the natural ones are surely the best.

Consuming drinks containing natural ingredients can have an improvement in our blood count diagnosis. One such natural drink is the syrup presented  below. It should be consumed  on an empty stomach in the morning , twice a year for 15 to 20 days.

The recipe for this syrup is the following:

Ingredients needed:
  • 2.2 lbs / 1 kg of beetroot
  • 1 lbs / 1/2 a kg of carrots
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 oranges
  • 2 sour apples
  • 17 oz / 500 grams of meadow honey

Method of preparation:

Chop the beetroot, apples and carrots into small pieces and mix them in a blender. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and oranges by hand and add it to the previous juice mixture. Finally, add the meadow honey.

Mix everything well until the honey is combined with the juice and finely dissolved. You can add more oranges if you want, because their purpose in this recipe is to improve the medicine’s taste and smell. Transfer the liquid into glass bottles. As we said before, you will get about 50 oz /1500 to 67 oz / 2000 ml of this drink which should be enough for 15 to 20 days.

Drink about 3.3 oz / 100 ml of the syrup every morning on an empty stomach until it is finished.
