Tea For Fertility And A Healthy Heart

Ginger lowers cholesterol, helps in reducing pain, especially rheumatic pain, and increases sperm number and motility. Peel and slice a piece of ginger with the size of your thumb. Tea For Cold

Linden is traditionally used to relieve symptoms of cold, flu and other infectious respiratory diseases. Mix 3/4 cups (25 grams) of linden and chamomile flowers. Pour 17 oz (half a liter) of boiling water over three tablespoons of this herbal mixture, cover the tea and strain it after an hour. Drink one cup of linden and chamomile tea every day day.

Tea For Depression

Hyperforin is the main ingredient of St. John’s wort, which prevents the breakdown of serotonin, the hormone responsible for mood, and thereby eases the symptoms of depression. Mix equal quantities of dried St. John’s wort and yarrow flowers, then pour 6.7 oz (2 dl.) of  boiling water and let tea rest covered for 10 minutes. Drink this tea three times a day.

Natural Diuretic

Dandelion tea relieves pain when urinating and accelerates the removal of excess water from the body. Mix a teaspoon of dried dandelion leaves, a teaspoon of dandelion flowers and a teaspoon of finely chopped dandelion root. Put the mixture in a bowl, and pour a cup of boiling water. Cover the tea and let it stay for awhile. Strain dandelion tea after 20 minutes and sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey. Drink 2-3 cups of tea each day.

Calming Effect

Regular consumption of lemon balm tea helps with anxiety, loss of appetite and headaches caused by stress. Pour a cup of boiling water over three teaspoons of dried lemon balm leaves , let tea rest for about ten minutes, then strain the liquid. Drink three cups a day for at least six weeks.

Tea For Anemia

Prepare a mixture of  1 cup (35 grams) of birch leaves, 5 tbsp (70 grams) crushed fennel seed, 2 cups (70 grams) of lemon balm leaves, 35 grams  wild rose fruits and 1 cup (35 grams) viola flowers. Put a teaspoon of the mixture in a cup of boiling water. Strain tea after ten minutes. Drink three cups a day for four to six weeks to purify your body.

Tea That Strengthen Your Body

Pour 8.5 oz (2.5 dl) boiling water over a teaspoon of dried nettle leaves, strain it after 10 minutes, and drink this tea three times a day. This tea will solve any eczema problems, headaches, urinary tract and stomach infections, anemia … You can also drink it if you have any viral or bacterial infections.

Tea For Better Digestion

To prepare fresh plantain juice, you should first wash it well. Finely chop plantain leaves and drain them in a juicer. Add some honey in the juice and take a spoonful three times a day. You can use plantain juice as a compress to get rid of headache, but do not add honey.

Tea That Calm Menstrual Pain

In folk medicine marigold is used to stimulate perspiration, it calms spasms in intestines and stomach, and maintains balance in menstrual cycle. Pour 6.7 oz (2 dl) of hot water over two calendula flowers, and strain tea after half an hour. Drink this tea three times a day after your meals.
